The Harbor Keratin Reconstructor comes from Italy. HARBOR, based in Ozzano dell’Emilia near Bologna, develops, formulates and produces cosmetics under its own brands. The formula contains hydrolysed keratin and hydrolysed sericin (silk protein), plus babassu oil and tocopherol (vitamin E). Keratin is the main building block of hair, and babassu oil is a plant-based care oil.
A conditioner for dry hair has one main job: to make hair soft and easy to comb. The pump helps you dose the right amount comfortably with one hand, even in the shower.

How to use
After shampooing, apply to towel-dry or damp hair, focusing on the lengths and ends, and massage in gently. Leave on for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly. How much you need depends on your hair length: for short hair, a small amount is usually enough.
