How can you whiten your teeth at home?

The OptiSmile Teeth Whitening Kit works simply:

1. Brush your teeth with toothpaste and rinse with water
2. Remove the plastic isolating strip from the batteries
3. Clean the whitening bit with lukewarm water, dry and attach it to the LED lamp
4. Apply 1/3 (0.5 ml top + 0.5 ml bottom) of the whitening gel to each side of the tray. Apply just enough to cover the front of the teeth.
5. Place the bleaching tip over the teeth and wipe away any gel that is in contact with the gums.
6. Press start and close your mouth for 15 minutes
7. Remove the bleach tray and rinse your teeth with lukewarm water
8. Remove and clean the bleaching tip from the LED lamp
9. Repeat the process every day for 7 days
