The Beauty Dept. is the brand of Orchard, based in Naarden in the Netherlands. The formula contains macadamia oil, further caring oils and shimmer pigments. The oil is designed for dry, frizzy and dull hair. A hair oil forms a fine film around the lengths and makes hair shine, and that is exactly what this shine serum aims for.
We like that this oil can do two looks. At the roots it gives a wet look, while in the lengths and ends it simply adds shine. The fine shimmer pigments catch the light, and the macadamia oil helps care for the lengths at the same time.
